How to Install a Network Printer

Make sure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
Windows:
Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners > Add a printer.
Select your printer from the list and follow the prompts.
Mac:
Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners > Add (+).
Select your printer from the network list.
If required, download drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
