How to Install a Network Printer

  • Make sure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.

    • Windows:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners > Add a printer.
  • Select your printer from the list and follow the prompts.

    • Mac:

  • Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners > Add (+).
  • Select your printer from the network list.
  • If required, download drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
